HEAT offers specialist team training sessions for GAA, Ladies Football, Camogie, Soccer, and other field sports teams looking to build fitness, engine capacity, and match-day conditioning. Our heart-rate based, low-impact cardio sessions improve endurance and work rate without adding unnecessary joint stress - making them ideal for in-season and off-season training.
