Your first class
Our coaches greet you by name, explain the class and put you at ease.
Move at your own pace from start to finish under their guidance, and feel that post-class buzz for the first time afterwards

your first month
You're feeing more energetic every day. You've noticed your clothes fitting better and you feel more confident in social occasions.
You've never stuck at anything for this long before.

12 weeks later
You wonder what you ever did before HEAT!
You're planning your classes on a Sunday night, and can't imagine a week without that sweaty session at least once.
Christmas is just around the corner, and you're feeling amazing.
