Centrally located in the centre of Newry, our studio is ideally situated for your training - before or after work. Formerly a car showroom and parts store, we have transformed this maritime building into our home, fully equipped with everything you need for an enhanced training experience
Changing Rooms
Segregated male & female changing rooms make it ideal to nip in before or after work.
Heated Studio
Can't stand the heat? Get out of the studio. We elevate the temperature in studio to 20-25 degrees for a guaranteed sweat every time
