We provide both male and female secure changing rooms, available before and after our classes. Ideal for those classes before and after work, or even a quick lunchtime sweat!

After 45 minutes of hard work in the heat, you're going to have worked up a sweat! Freshen up using our private shower room before getting on with your busy day.
free off-street car parking
The last thing anyone needs after a tough session is to come back to a pesty parking ticket. Well no need to worry! We have free off-street parking available for all customers. Just look for the double gates on your left as you come past the studio!
